The History of David and Dorian

David and Dorian are two fictional characters in the fictional town of Llanview, PA on the daytime drama, One Life To Live on ABC. David is potrayed by Tuc Watkins and Dorian is portrayed by Robin Strasser.

David Vickers and Dorian Cramer first met in 1994. He was a con artist, she a former doctor accused of killing her former husband Victor Lord. Victor is the late father of her arch-enemy Victoria Lord.

David was pretending to be the heir of Victor Lord and Irenne Manning, Dorian was trying to stay out of jail. David had a fake diary enrty, supposedly proving he was Victor's son and also exonerating Dorian from prison.

Viki as Victoria is better known (while one of her altered personalities was in control), forced David and Dorian to get married. This was intended to keep Dorian away from Viki's young son Joey, whom Dorian had seduced to get at Viki and David away from Viki's younger sister Tina. David wanted Dorian's money and Dorian wanted David to go away! Though Dorian devised a plan to get David out of her life, it was not before she and David "connected" It was a love-hate relationship to say the least. Confused yet? Don't worry, it gets more complicated!

Present Day David and Dorian

David came back to Llanview in August 2003. He was looking to scam Dorian again, but there was a twist. She happily joined him in his escapades. David came up with a plan to scam Dorian's Aunt Betsy out of her millions, with a long lost daughter of Dorian's. It turns out that Adriana, really is Dorian's daughter by a thought to be murdered Puerto Rican drug lord name Manuel Santi. Along the way the two really fell in love.

On Valentine's Day, 2004 David got down on one knee and proposed to Dorian. She eventually agreed to marry him, despite her many reservations and turned around and proposed to him, on bended knee!

David actually agreed to get a job to prove that he was in love and not just after Dorian's money. As of this date, they are still not married, but are living together. Unfortunately Dorian's niece is threatening to come between the Dynamic Duo. I have faith that these two soulmates will endure and stay together for a long time to come.

My name is Wanda (a.k.a. daviddorian, daviddorianfan, davorian) and I have been watching One Life To Live for more than 25 years. My favorite character has always been Dorian. She is such an interesting character portrayed by a fabulous actress. I was not watching the show during David and Dorian's first run, but when David came back and I saw the awesome electricity between the two I became a David and Dorian fan.

There are several websites that focus on the show as a whole, but there were no sites just for David and Dorian. I decided in January of 2004 to make one. Due to various reasons, my effort to open the site kept getting put on hold. I did find that a site had opened in their honor and visit it often. Official launch date of David and Dorian ~ Soulmates was March 22, 2005, over a year after it's conception.

I hope that you enjoy this site and no matter what happens on the show that you will continue to visit. Even if, heaven forbid they break up, they will continue to be soulmates in my eyes.
